The councillors
The council of the Community has
68 delegates representing the communes. They are elected by an
indirect universal suffrage by the members of each commune
council for a term of 6 years.

The board has one delegate per
commune plus the president and the vice-president of the CCG,
thus altogether 20 members.

Each of the 16 commissions is
formed by one delegate from each commune plus a coordinator who
prepare and organise the follow up of the project together with
the vice-president in charge of the competence.
