The site of Cervonnex is situated at the crossing of the motorways A40 and A41 in the centre of Geneva’s Southern Gateway.
Over the past years the CCG has bought land for construction which now approximately measures the 20 hectares (50 acres) necessary to create an industrial zone.
In the context of the project of Geneva’s Southern Gateway the site of Cervonnex takes a position complementary to the site of Archamps. It is meant to host companies with activities in industry, service and leisure.
This site represents an important and rare potential of construction land situated in a strategic zone and particularly ideal for the development of a cross-border economic zone. The CCG will pay particular attention to its content and quality of environment.
