The creation of a BIOPARK,
on the 'Site d'Archamps', with its scope of activity "ageing
and longevity" engaged a collaboration between French
institutes like the INSERM and the CNRS and the Swiss department
of geriatric from the university hospital in Geneva and the
inter-faculty centre of gerontology of the University of Geneva.
A number of innovative companies on this field are accompanying
this public dynamic on the Site d'Archamps. The human
neurodegenerative diseases are the main direction of these public
research laboratories forming a network in Archamps.
The research done at the BioPark is directed towards diseases
like Alzheimer or Multiple Sclerosis.
Briefly, it’s all about the human being his health and his well-being.
